The rise of the native-content-driven news industry

The rise in the number of publishers and the content of their content has led to a new phenomenon known as the native content-driven (NCM) news industry.

The NCM is a sub-industry of the traditional media business that focuses on producing content that is native to the reader rather than being generated from content that has been translated into other languages or transcribed from a computer.

It is one of a number of new types of media businesses that have emerged in recent years, driven by a shift in how consumers consume information and what they are able to read, watch, and hear.

The shift to native- content driven news has been accompanied by a sharp increase in the numbers of publishers publishing on its platform.

New Scientist asked publishers of a wide range of topics to share their experience with the growing industry.
